All photography services that take five photography are contracted to provide for you will be subject to the following terms;

QUOTES

​

The quote provided (day rate, 1/2 day rate, associated costs and travel costs) is a flate rate and is subject to any change should you alter, add or request additional work not included in the original brief.

New work requested by you and provided by Tammie Seidel, after a project quote has been accepted is considered a revision, alteration or modification and will be charged on an additional hourly rate.

IMAGE CORRECTION, ADJUSTMENTS AND POST PROCESSING

​

Images are captured in raw format. Post shoot they are then processed in Lightroom and additional retouching is in Photoshop.

 

A shootproof gallery is then provided to you for you to choose your images.  Ten images are included in the fee, additional images can be purchased or the complete gallery.

We are not liable for image corrections, adjustments, errors or omissions, once your images have been chosen, if you require further retouching or adjustments an additional fee will be charged.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

​

All photography is released with unlimited user copyright. take five photography retains copyright and all rights to each image produced and retains ownership of all original raw files and processed files supplied, including digitally altered images.

OUR USE OF FINAL & FINISHED IMAGES

​

We shall retain the right to any finished and final imagery in our promotional and marketing activities, including participation in photographic competitions, use in photographic publications and electronic, printed and other portfolio use.

High resolution images will not be provided without payment in full.
